For eligible gas bikes, the current FRP gas bike warranty policy lists 12 months for frame and engine and six months for regular non-wear parts, subject to its terms. Check the policy before ordering.

Riding over 220 lbs?

The GMB100 and GMB100P carry the highest rating in the FRP mini bike lineup at 220 lbs. The GMB100U is rated to 185 lbs. Above a bike's rating, braking distance and ride quality suffer first, especially on rough ground.

Am I too old to start riding a mini bike?

Usually, no. Most adults asking this are really asking whether a mini bike will feel manageable, comfortable and worth buying as a first off-road ride.

The better questions are rider size, terrain, confidence and where you will ride: simple private-property riding, casual weekend fun, or rougher trails. The smart adult-beginner decision is not “what is the fastest bike?” but “which bike fits the way I will actually ride?”

FRP Moto gas mini bikes and the M3 electric are sold for permitted off-road or private-property riding, not as street-legal vehicles. EPA certification applies to the gas models; the M3 is electric. What oil does a 99cc mini bike take and how often should you change it?

All FRP GMB100 series mini bikes use 10W-40 4-stroke motor oil. Do the first oil change after 2–3 hours of break-in riding, then every 20–25 hours of riding, or at least once per season. What is the difference between the GMB100, GMB100U, and GMB100P?

All three share the same 99cc 4-stroke OHV engine. The GMB100 (from $399.99) is the base model: disc brake, rigid frame, up to 24 mph, 220 lb rating. The GMB100U (from $399.99) adds a front cargo rack and rear tow bar for camping and property use: up to 24 mph, 185 lb rating. The GMB100P ($569.99) adds front suspension forks, hydraulic disc brakes, all-terrain tires and a reinforced P-frame for trails: up to 28 mph, 220 lb rating.

Which mini bike is easiest to maintain and repair?

All three FRP models use the same 99cc engine platform, so air filters, spark plugs, carburetors and engine parts are largely interchangeable. The GMB100 is the simplest to work on because it has the fewest add-on components. Oil changes, air filter cleaning, spark plug replacement and chain tension can all be done with basic hand tools. How long does assembly take and what tools do you need?
