Return Windows
The GMB100 has a 75-day return window. All other FRP products have a 60-day return window. The return window begins on the date your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return
- Contact FRP Support at service@frpmoto.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Send clear photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
- Wait for return approval and packing instructions.
- Use the free prepaid return label supplied by FRP for the approved return.
Please do not ship a return without contacting us first. This lets us route it correctly and helps your refund move faster.
Return Condition
To keep the process smooth, return the product with its original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging whenever possible. Items should be clean and securely packed. Normal inspection is welcome; damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, missing parts, or inadequate return packaging may affect refund eligibility or amount.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our team will review the evidence and arrange the appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, exchange, or return.
Refunds
After the approved return is delivered and inspected, we will confirm the refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by an FRP error, a confirmed defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges and Order Changes
For the fastest exchange, contact support before returning the original item. If an order has not entered fulfillment, we will make every reasonable effort to help with a cancellation or change. Orders already in transit must follow the return process above.
