Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for all our customers, we’ve outlined the following order cancellation terms—designed to protect your rights while streamlining the process.

1) Within 24 hours: Requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of placement are subject to no cancellation fee;

2) After 24 hours: Requests to cancel orders after 24 hours of placement will incur a handling fee based on the quantity of products.

Warranty & Return Policy

1) Our bikes come with a 60-day return policy (75 days for the GMB100/GMB100P/GMB100U Mini Bike), meaning you may request a return within 60/75 days of purchase.

2) Warranty period for individual accessory orders: 30 days.

Important Reminders

1) Please retain the original packaging and its contents for at least 30 days after receiving the package to facilitate any potential repairs or returns. Otherwise, you may need to purchase packaging at your own expense.

2) Do not return the product at your own cost. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at csr@frpmoto.com. We will assign a dedicated customer service representative to assist you with the return process, and send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

3) Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

4) We advise you to conduct a full inspection of the product upon its arrival. Should you discover any defects, physical damage, or receive merchandise that does not match your order details, please reach out to our support team at csr@frpmoto.com without delay. Our team will then evaluate the situation and implement the necessary solutions to rectify the matter.

The warranty policy does not cover:

1) Commercial use, accident, abuse, or neglect;

2) Use contrary to the instructions, user manual, or specifications, (including improper storage, or use beyond data read-write limits);

3) Improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification;

4) Stolen;

5) Malfunctions are caused by other equipment. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered with labels or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover);

6) Shipping damage special notice : shipping damage needs to be reported to us within 3 business days of the package received. All plastic parts will not be covered under warranty after shipping damage claim period;

7) Warranty cannot be transferred.

8) If the product is received as a gift, warranty service cannot be provided unless the original order number is presented.

9) Unauthorized repair costs;

10) Unauthorized return costs.

11) Products transferred outside the U.S. without prior approval

Refunds

1) For returned or exchanged items, we will need 3-5 business days to process the reshipment or refund after receiving your package.

2) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

3) We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund, which can take up to 7-15 business days.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchange for our products. Please return it and order a new one, and we will expedite the shipment.

Price Protection: For repurchase orders resulting from returns or exchanges, a 14-day price guarantee applies (valid for the same model in different colors).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that any modifications made to the bike may void the warranty. It's important to follow our recommendations for maintenance and care of your bike to ensure that it performs properly and to avoid voiding the warranty..
