1. Who is it for?
- A child, 6–12: MB40 ($239.99), FX40 Ogemaw ($279.99), Sahara 40 ($479.99) or FA40-NEO ($549.99). Go to the kids’ guide.
- A teen, 13–17: GMB100 (from $399.99), GMB100P ($569.99) or FX125 (from $799.99). Go to the teen guide.
- An adult: GMB100, GMB100P or FX140 ($1,149.99 plus $399.99 shipping). Go to the adult guide.
2. Mini bike or dirt bike?
A mini bike has a twist throttle and no gears; you sit and cruise. A dirt bike has a clutch and four gears; you stand on the pegs on rough ground. Someone who asked for one is not happy with the other. Mini bike: GMB100, GMB100P, MB40. Dirt bike: FX40 for kids, FX125 and FX140 for teens and adults. ATVs (Sahara 40, FA40-NEO) are the four-wheel option for younger or more cautious riders.

4. Where will they ride, and who gets them there?
Private property, a campground or a designated off-road area, and a truck or trailer if it is not out the back door. FRP bikes are not street legal and gas models do not ship to California.
5. When is the day?
Parcel-shipped models (every mini bike, kids’ bike and ATV) ship in 1–2 business days and take 2–5 in transit. FX125 and FX140 ship by freight, 10–15 business days. For Halloween order by October 16 (parcel) or October 6 (freight); for Christmas by December 11 (parcel) or November 30 (freight). Then use the gift checklist for delivery, inspection and the first ride.

One rule that never changes: every FRP bike and ATV is EPA-certified for off-road use on private property or designated riding areas. They are not street legal, and gas models do not ship to California. A properly fitted helmet, eye protection, gloves, long sleeves, long pants and over-the-ankle boots are required, and young riders need adult supervision.
