Detailed coverage
What's Covered
Frame
Your frame is covered for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect is confirmed, we'll send you a replacement frame for free.
A few things to know:
- The warranty covers the frame itself. If you need help swapping parts onto the new frame, that's on you (or your local shop).
- We may send a new or refurbished frame that meets our quality standards.
- If your exact color or style is out of stock, you'll get the closest match available.
Frame-specific exclusions
- Rust, corrosion, or paint fade
- Scratches, dents, or impact marks
Engine
Your engine is covered for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. We'll first try to fix the issue by sending replacement components. Covered engine components include:
- Fuel tank
- Throttle arm
- Ignition coil
- Starter cup
- Exhaust pipe
Engine-specific exclusions
- Wear items: spark plug fouling, air filter, fuel filter

- Throttle cable
- Seat
- Gearbox (transmission)
- Clutch
- Chain and chain cover

A Few More Things to Know
Replacement Parts and the Warranty Clock
When we send you a replacement part, that part is covered for whatever's left of your original warranty period — it doesn't reset the clock.
How FRP Determines Coverage
Based on the photos, video, and (when applicable) the returned part, FRP will determine whether the issue qualifies as a covered defect under this warranty.
This Is the Only Warranty We Offer
This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty FRP provides. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our Liability Is Limited
Repair or replacement of defective parts is your sole remedy under this warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRP isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost time, or property damage. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid for the bike.
Your State May Give You More Rights
Some states don't allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
We May Update This Policy
FRP may update this warranty from time to time. The version in effect when you bought your bike is the one that applies to your purchase.
