Before you order
- Confirm fit: feet on the ground, hands on the bars, under the weight limit (Gift Finder has the table).
- For a child, agree the model, storage and supervision with the parents.
- Choose color and package. GMB100 packages: Bike Only, Starter Kit (LED light, neck gaiter), Complete Bundle (adds goggles and gloves).
- Add gear that fits the rider: helmet, eye protection, gloves, boots. Browse riding gear.
- Read shipping and returns. The GMB100 has a 75-day return window with a free return label.
Before it arrives
- Keep the order confirmation and tracking number handy.
- FX125 and FX140 freight: the carrier will call the number on the order to book a delivery window. Answer unknown numbers that week.
- Clear a space to unbox, assemble and store it out of sight.
- Open the manual for your model and the First Ride Kit video, and put the tools it lists in one place.
When the box arrives
- Photograph the box before opening if it looks damaged.
- Check the model, color and package against the order, and the parts against the manual’s list.
- Keep all packaging until everything checks out.
- Anything missing or damaged: contact support before assembling. Phone, email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday.
The night before
- Install the front wheel, front fender, fork and handlebar per the manual.
- Add oil (0.35 L of 15W-40 in the mini bikes), then fuel (87-octane, no oil mixing).
- Check brake lever feel, chain slack (about half an inch) and tire pressure (10 psi cold on the GMB100P).
- Start it once, outdoors, to confirm it runs. Let it cool before it goes back in the garage.
- Wipe it down. Put the bow on the helmet, not the tank.
Gift day
- Wrap the helmet and gloves. Lead them to the bike.
- Engine off first: show the brake, the throttle and the kill switch.
- First ride on flat ground. On the ATVs, set the limiter low. Five minutes, then a break.
- Stop while they still want more. The second ride is the one they remember.
One rule that never changes: every FRP bike and ATV is EPA-certified for off-road use on private property or designated riding areas. They are not street legal, and gas models do not ship to California. A properly fitted helmet, eye protection, gloves, long sleeves, long pants and over-the-ankle boots are required, and young riders need adult supervision.
