4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to:

  • Run the store: keep items in your cart, process checkout, keep you logged in, and remember your privacy choices.
  • Analyze use: understand how visitors use the Site so we can fix problems and improve it.
  • Advertise: measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other sites and apps.

Most cookies expire between 30 minutes and two years after they are set. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them. For a list of cookies set by Shopify, see shopify.com/legal/cookies.

5. Targeted Advertising and Your Choices

We use advertising partners to show you ads based on your activity on our Site and elsewhere. You can limit this by:

Opting out does not stop all ads; you may still see ads that are not based on your activity.

6. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax or warranty purposes).
  • Get a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising (see below).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
  • Appeal our decision on your request by replying to our response.

Sale and sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. However, when we allow advertising and analytics partners to collect information through cookies and pixels on our Site (such as identifiers, device information, and browsing and purchase activity), this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other state laws. In the past 12 months we have disclosed identifiers, internet activity, and commercial information (purchase history) to the advertising and analytics partners listed in Section 3 in this way. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

How to opt out. Email csr@frpmoto.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," or call us toll-free at 833-970-3777. You can also enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser; where required by law, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.

How to submit other requests. Email csr@frpmoto.com or call 833-970-3777. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide (such as your email address and order number) with our records, and we will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authorization and verify your identity directly.

California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 (identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet and device activity, approximate geolocation, audio or visual information you send us, and inferences about your product interests), from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 1 and 2, and have disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 3. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit its use under California law.

7. Visitors from Outside the United States

We operate in and ship to the United States. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (for example, fulfilling orders), to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (such as preventing fraud and improving the Site), and with your consent (such as for marketing and non-essential cookies). You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, honor warranties, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Many of our products are designed for young riders under adult supervision, but the Site and our purchasing process are intended for adults. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not respond to them. How we handle Global Privacy Control signals is described in Section 6.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as social media platforms and video hosts. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
