TL;DR
- Need a bike you can lift more easily and prefer app-adjusted wheelie assistance? Antic's current FAQ lists the Standard at 66 lb and Long Range at 68 lb, versus FRP's 121 lb M3. Antic describes its Onewheel Mode as sensor-assisted; that is its claim, not a guarantee against falls.
- Want wheelie practice in dedicated gears separate from the highest-speed SPORT gear? Both M3 Basic and Plus have two Auto-Wheelie gears; Plus adds the matching bar.
- Rider fit can rule out M3: FRP caps it at 210 lb with a 26 in seat. Antic publishes a recommended 275 lb maximum and 25.5 in seat. Check fit and your permitted riding area before deciding.
Antic electric mini bike or FRP M3: which one fits your riding and transport needs? Antic lists its Standard bike at 66 lb, compared with M3's 121 lb. If lifting the bike matters, that is a substantial difference. If you fit M3's 210 lb limit and want stock, dedicated wheelie gears, compare Basic and Plus. A wheelie feature does not replace rear-brake practice or make either bike suitable for every riding area.

How do Antic Onewheel Mode and M3 Auto-Wheelie differ?
Antic describes Onewheel Mode as using a gyroscope and accelerometer, with the wheelie angle adjustable in its app. Antic also describes loopout prevention; that is a manufacturer feature claim, not a guarantee against falls. The FRP M3 separates its five riding gears: ECO, DYNAMIC and SPORT are for riding; fourth and fifth are Auto-Wheelie gears. FRP lists a 10 mph riding limit in those gears and a 20 mph limit while the front is up. The rider brings the front wheel up and controls the lift with the throttle; the rear brake remains the rider's responsibility.

That distinction is more useful than a generic “wheelie mode” label. If you want an app-adjusted sensor system, investigate Antic's current behavior. If you want a gear choice that keeps the highest-speed setting out of wheelie practice, investigate the M3. Neither system substitutes for learning rear-brake control. The wheelie practice guide explains that progression.
How do Antic and M3 compare for riding and transport?
| Decision | Antic Bike | FRP M3 |
|---|---|---|
| Regular lifting and transport | Standard 66 lb; Long Range 68 lb, per Antic FAQ | 121 lb published by FRP; not the light choice |
| Rider fit | 25.5 in seat; 275 lb recommended maximum, per Antic FAQ | 26 in seat; 210 lb maximum rider load |
| Wheelie controls | Onewheel Mode with app-adjustable angle and sensor assistance, as described by Antic | Two dedicated Auto-Wheelie gears in Basic and Plus; matching bar included with Plus |
| Battery and motor | Check the selected Standard or Long Range pack and motor specifications on Antic's live listing | 60V 23.4Ah, 1,404 Wh; 3,000W rated, 4,100W peak |
| Warranty | One-year manufacturer warranty; registration required to activate limited warranty | One year on frame and electrical system; 75 days on small parts; read the policy |
Published maximum-speed or range claims are not comparable without the rider, route, speed and battery configuration used to obtain them. FRP quotes up to 55 mph in SPORT and max range up to 55 miles depending on rider weight and road conditions; those are manufacturer claims, not an independent head-to-head test. Do not infer Antic's battery size from an advertised range.

What comes with Antic versus M3 Basic and Plus?
Antic currently offers Standard, Long Range and Long Range+ configurations. Its FAQ lists the first two at 66 and 68 lb respectively; check the current included accessories for the exact configuration instead of assuming a photo shows standard hardware. M3 Basic and Plus share the two Auto-Wheelie gears; Plus includes the matching wheelie bar, while Basic does not. Check charger, shipping and assembly details on the live listings.
For a closer look at the M3 Plus bar and the Basic configuration, compare both M3 options on the product page. The Antic image above is from Antic's own site, not a side-by-side test.
The less obvious buying question is whether the control experience you want is standard on the build you will actually receive. Check that before comparing advertised speed or range; neither number tells you how much you will lift the bike or how its wheelie control works.
When should you choose Antic or the FRP M3?
Consider Antic if a lighter bike is essential for regular transport, your rider weight is above M3's 210 lb limit but within Antic's recommended 275 lb maximum, or you specifically want app-adjusted sensor assistance. Antic publishes a 25.5 in seat; compare actual fit and the included equipment for the configuration you are buying. M3 is not the right substitute if lifting 121 lb is impractical.

Consider M3 Basic if you are at or below the stated 210 lb limit, the 26 in seat fits, and you want the dedicated Auto-Wheelie gears without the matching bar. Consider M3 Plus if those same fit conditions apply and you also want the included bar. Both choices use the same M3 product page; select Basic or Plus there. The bar is not a substitute for rear-brake control. Neither bike is automatically street legal: verify the permitted area, use protective gear and read the wheelie practice guide before riding.
FAQ
Does Antic have wheelie assistance?
Yes. Antic describes sensor-based Onewheel Mode with app angle adjustment. Ask the seller what it does in your chosen configuration rather than treating it as identical to M3's two dedicated Auto-Wheelie gears.
Does the M3 Plus include a wheelie bar?
Yes. The Plus configuration includes the matching bar; Basic does not. The electronic wheelie gears are part of the M3's riding system.
Which bike is lighter?
Antic's current FAQ lists the Standard at 66 lb and Long Range at 68 lb; FRP lists the M3 at 121 lb. Check the weight of any additional equipment you plan to carry.
Which has longer range?
There is no sound head-to-head answer without matching riders, batteries, speeds and routes. Verify the configuration and test conditions behind each manufacturer's claim.
