A good brake system is the one that fits the bike correctly, stops consistently, and matches the speed and build level. Riders upgrading engines, gearing, or rider weight should check braking before chasing more power. Stronger brakes matter most when the bike is faster, heavier, or used on rougher ground.
For GMB100-style bikes, confirm caliper fit, rotor alignment, cable or hydraulic line routing, lever feel, pad condition, and axle clearance. Do not install random ATV brake parts unless fitment is confirmed. A brake that looks strong but does not align correctly can drag, wear unevenly, or fail to stop the bike predictably.
