SMS Consent (Opt-In)

Users provide their phone numbers to receive OTP and security verification SMS messages from FRP. This page serves as public proof of our SMS opt-in consent collection process.

01 - PURPOSE

Why we send SMS messages

FRP sends SMS messages solely for account verification and security purposes.

When a user signs up or logs in, they enter their mobile number and explicitly agree to receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.

Messages are used only for

  • Account authentication
  • Login verification
  • OTP delivery
  • Security verification

We do NOT send

  • Promotional messages
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Offers
  • Advertisements
  • Newsletters

Users begin by selecting either Login or Signup inside the FRP mobile application.

Users select their country code and enter their mobile number.

After submitting their phone number, users receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify account ownership.

The message content is transactional and limited to security verification.

Do not share this code with anyone.

This is a transactional security message.

04 - COMPLIANCE

Compliance Statement

FRP only sends SMS messages after users voluntarily provide their phone number and initiate the login or registration process.

SMS messages are used exclusively for account authentication and security verification.

FRP does not use this channel for marketing, promotional campaigns, advertisements, or unsolicited communications.
