A first quad built to last

The FRP FA40-NEO is a 40cc gas kids ATV — the machine you'll also hear called a kids quad, a mini quad, a youth four-wheeler, or a gas 4-wheeler for kids. We built it for one reason: the look. It's a throwback to the classic sport-quad era, redrawn from the ground up for young riders, then set on the exact engine, drivetrain, brakes, and suspension already proven under thousands of FRP quads. New styling and a wider seat, the same running gear families already trust.

Proven 40cc 4-stroke engine

The same single-cylinder 4-stroke gas engine we've sold for years — regular gasoline, no oil mixing, easy pull start, no battery to manage. Simple and dependable.

Built-in safety hardware

A tether kill-switch, dual left-and-right parking brakes, a factory-fitted heat shield, and a USFS-approved spark arrestor — the safety gear cheap import quads skip.

Dual suspension

Front and rear suspension soak up backyard ruts and campground trails, so a young rider stays planted and in control.

Disc brakes & chain drive

Front and rear disc brakes for shorter, straighter stops, plus a rugged chain drive and knobby off-road tires made for dirt.
