  • Porch Piracy——When express/EMS routing information shows that the package has been delivered but non-manually signed for, Customers report to Partner that they have not received the package.
  • Address issue: The delivery address does not match the order.
  • Damage——the Merchant Product is visibly cracked, smashed, bent, crushed, etc.to render the Merchant Product unusable, excluding cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damage, mispacking or unsealed.

Compensation Standards：
  • Delay——$5.00（The unit of measurement shall be based on the actual transaction currency）
  • Loss——the actual order value paid to make the purchase
