Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage and execute everything related to brand Storefront;
  • Monitor competitive landscape to identify opportunities for increasing sales and reducing costs;
  • Ongoing analysis of Google Analytics data to identify and recommend optimization opportunities;
  • Execute digital marketing strategy to boost sales;
  • Perform marketplace, competitor, and product analyses and keyword strategy development for SEO & SEM;
  • Identify and implement e-commerce, cart, and email funnels and all marketing automations;
  • Constantly provide improvements based on ROI;
  • Use all necessary tools, software plug-ins and outside platforms (such as jungle scout, Helium10, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and others) to increase sales of our brand store;

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, or equivalent;
  • 2-3 years of e-commerce experience;
  • Complete understanding and execution of ecommcerce marketplace, including store setup, automation, inventory management, product listings, email automation and targeted digital marketing.
