Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media and search strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data;
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms;
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content;
- Conduct social media contents and maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels;
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments;
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics;
- Monitor campaign key performance indicators, and optimize online engagement rates for impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, revenue, conversion rates, CPC, and CPM;
- Coordinate with and provide direction to team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to analyze and monitor the various campaign opportunities;
- Promote campaigns through various mediums and channels including websites, email, social media, and other advertising channels;
- Prepare digital marketing briefs that include creative, copy and featured merchandise direction;
- Maintain up-to-date email and SMS marketing calendar;
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills;
- 1-2 years in a similar role or at a similar capacity OR;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space;
- Must have a strong sense of brand voice;
- Pay Per Click Campaign Management - Experience in Google Adwords is a plus.
